Play Ground

Playground hours are 10:00 am until dusk daily.  Access requires a Recreation Access.  Recreation Access Cards are available to all residents in good standing (fees & Covenants) can be obtained by contacting VanMor Properties, Inc @ (832) 593-7300.  All guests must be accompanied by a resident (no exceptions).

As every parent is aware, these can be dangerous times to grow up in, so please accompany your children and monitor their activities while visiting the playground.  Lets all make certain they remain safe.

Pets are not allowed in the playground area as this places our residents as well as your pet in unexpected situations. 

Help keep the playground clean.  A trash receptacle is provided within the playground area.  Please instruct your children to properly dispose of all trash. 

Fires of any type are strictly prohibited.

Please report any issues requiring attention to VanMor Properties, Inc. either by using this websites feedback form or by calling 832-593-7300.

Failure to follow rules will result in the following actions:

FIRST OFFENSE:

1.    Written warning letter sent to violator (or parents if under 18) outlining violation.

SECOND OFFENSE:

1.   Immediate suspension from all Ashton Village HOA Recreation facilities for 7 days.

2.   Letter sent to violator (or parents if under 18) outlining reason for suspension and length of time of suspension.

THIRD OFFENSE:

1.   Immediate suspension from all Ashton Village HOA Recreation facilities for 30 days. 

2.   Letter sent to violator (or parents if under 18) outlining reason for suspension and length of time of suspension.

The Board of Directors retains the right of discretion and despite any suspension policy, the Board still has the right (and obligation) to press criminal charges for any criminal violations.
