Directors and Committee Members

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of the association responsible for operating the association. They are unpaid volunteers, elected by a vote of the association members, who donate their time for service.  The primary duty of the Board of Directors is to act in a way that benefits the community as a whole, not themselves or any another individual.

Their responsibilities include:

bulletPrepare the annual budget for the association
bulletEstablish the rate of the assessments
bulletCollect all assessments due the association
bulletProvide for necessary operational personnel
bulletMake and amend the community rules
bulletEnforce all provisions of the governing documents
bulletProvide for insurance for the common areas
bulletKeep detailed association financial and accounting records
bulletProvide for care and upkeep of the common areas
bulletPerform all acts necessary for the association's administration
bulletOversee the maintenance of all common areas and any amenities located within the community
